Years of experience and continuous refinement of kinematics and operation in tight and busy spaces have enabled the creation of an exceptionally safe and intelligent driving model. High-quality suspension and drivetrains allow for instant braking in any situation, and it is also possible to fully customize movement settings—such as braking ramps, acceleration, and maximum speeds—depending on the scenario. It is also possible to limit speed in selected locations and zones while maintaining standard settings elsewhere.
ROUTE PLANNING
Service robots can plan routes in many ways. Waiter robots and greeting robots can plan routes fully autonomously based on artificial intelligence algorithms, but they can also move along predefined and fully supervised routes. Each route can be configured down to the finest detail. The standard operating mode is full autonomy, and the robot moves to optimize route lengths and travel times. By disabling zones and areas, you can easily restrict the places the robot will enter, and adjustments to locations and maps are easily accessible via a touchscreen interface or a remote app. The robot continuously learns routes and maps. Every pass and every rescan of the environment improves its autonomous driving capabilities, and all changes are automatically applied to the virtual map.
REMOTE ACCESS AND CONFIGURATION
Each service robot is configured remotely via dedicated web applications and locally via a touchscreen. The remote app provides full access and the ability to monitor the robots’ status. You can see where your robot is located, what tasks it is performing, what is displayed on its screen, as well as check the battery charge level and access technical information about it. Remote access also allows you to generate and view reports on working hours, the number and type of tasks performed, the number of customers served, and the number of interactions.
