Yaskawa is one of the global leaders in robotics, with over a century of innovation in drives and control systems. Its distinctive blue robots stand out for their exceptional dynamics and reliability; however, like other equipment subjected to heavy loads, they require regular technical maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
At Pan Robot, we specialize in diagnosing and repairing Yaskawa robots and controllers. We know that every production line downtime results in significant losses, which is why we prioritize quick response times and precise on-site or remote diagnostics.
Comprehensive range of workshop and on-site repairs:
- Controller electronics repair: We service power supplies, control cards, communication modules, and input/output (I/O) cards for the NX100, DX100, DX200, and YRC1000 generations.
- Teach Pendant Service: We refurbish older-style panels as well as modern Smart Pendant touchscreen units. We replace damaged screens, membrane keyboards, communication cables, and safety buttons (E-Stop).
- Motor and Drive Refurbishment: We repair motors with encoders and replace bearings and seals. The cost of refurbishment at our workshop in Bogucin is typically several times lower than purchasing a new part from the manufacturer.

- Lubricant replacement: We perform a precise replacement of oils and greases in the robot’s gearboxes and wrist joints, which is critical for the service life of mechanical components.
- Backup battery replacement: Timely replacement of batteries in the manipulator and controller prevents loss of robot position data (calibration) after power is turned off.
- Mechanical inspection and belt tensioning: We measure the tension of the drive belts, check for play in the gearboxes, and inspect the condition of the brakes.
- Cooling system cleaning: We clean the filters and fans in the controller, which directly affects the stability of the electronic components.
After each inspection, we prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including a list of checks performed, recommendations, and photographic documentation of the machine’s condition.

At our center in Bogucin near Poznań, we “give robots a second life.” If your Yaskawa robot is heavily worn, we can perform a full refurbishment.
