Mobile and Humanoid Robots by Unitree Robotics
Unitree Robotics is a global leader and pioneer of a new era of automation. The company has revolutionized the market by introducing advanced quadruped and humanoid robots, which are rapidly making their way into industry, logistics, the security sector, and research laboratories. Models such as the Unitree Go2, B2, and the latest humanoid, the Unitree G1, have proven that advanced artificial intelligence, mobility, and precise kinematics can be made available at reasonable prices and implemented much faster than traditional automation systems.
Currently, Unitree robots are in operation at the most innovative companies, logistics centers, and universities in Poland and throughout the European Union. Their high performance, combined with the flexibility of their programming platforms, allows for their effective use in industrial inspections, internal transportation, and AI research.
Calibration of Kinematics and Periodic Inspections of Unitree Robots
Quadruped and humanoid robots are extremely complex mechatronic systems equipped with dozens of sensitive sensors.Their reliability, smooth movement, and safety when operating around people depend directly on regular maintenance, precise calibration, and software updates.
These systems operate in challenging, dynamic environments, causing their components to undergo natural wear and tear. Regular diagnostics allow us to detect micro-damage to actuators or sensor errors before they lead to serious malfunctions and operational downtime.
During advanced periodic inspections, we perform a series of specialized diagnostic procedures:
- Diagnostics and recalibration of kinematic systems and precision actuators/motors (robot joints)
- Functional testing and cleaning of vision systems, 3D cameras, and LiDAR sensors
- Testing and diagnostics of IMU units (spatial orientation and balance sensors)
- Inspection of battery cell condition, battery management systems (BMS), and measurements of power packs
- Integrity checks of structural modules (arms, legs, protective housings)
- Inspection of signal cables, communication bus connectors, and seals
- Diagnosis of potential failures
- Firmware updates and optimization of the robot’s operating systems
- Comprehensive operational testing in a test environment (motion loop, obstacle avoidance)
A full periodic inspection of a mobile robot consists of over 40 detailed verification procedures. Upon completion of the work, we provide full technical documentation, calibration reports, and operational recommendations for the technical department.
We service advanced robot fleets throughout the country. We provide services based on fixed-term service contracts (guaranteeing strict response times and a hotline), as well as carry out individual diagnostic assignments. If you want to ensure operational continuity and ongoing engineering support for your company, please contact us.
Repair Lab – Unitree Robotics
We repair, service, and refurbish Unitree Robotics robots at the component level. As a specialized, direct importer of OEM parts, we have a full inventory of original structural modules, motors, actuators, and electronic components in Poland. We have access to advanced engineering documentation and unique experience in servicing next-generation robots.
Our holding company operates a sterile, state-of-the-art laboratory for industrial electronics and microcontrollers. In addition to standard module replacements, we are one of the few companies on the market that repairs damaged motherboards, on-board computers (perception and navigation), and drive controllers down to the level of individual electronic components, which drastically reduces the cost of servicing expensive components.
As a specialized integrator, we retrofit Unitree robots with additional sensors, grippers, robotic arms (manipulators), 5G/LTE communication modules, and dedicated inspection software.
The scope of our field service operations includes:
- Diagnosis and repair of mechanical damage to walking modules and grippers
- Repair of advanced control electronics, motherboards, and power supply systems
- Service and replacement of damaged actuators, brushless motors, and wave gearboxes
- Replacement and recalibration of navigation sensors (LiDAR, depth cameras)
- Delivery of new, 100% genuine OEM replacement parts directly from Unitree
- Software support: configuration of ROS/ROS2 systems, integration with external APIs/SDKs, implementation of autonomy algorithms
- Delivery of new quadruped and humanoid robots, including full implementation and staff training
