Robot Repair - Technical Support, Rapid Troubleshooting, and On-Site Repairs

If the failure cannot be resolved remotely, our guaranteed response time ensures that a technician will arrive at the site within 24 or 12 hours of the report. 

Our service headquarters is located near Poznań, and our field office in Ruda Śląska ensures that one of our technicians can arrive quickly on-site, including in the Upper Silesia region and throughout southern Poland.

For industrial robot servicing, we rely on our own experienced technicians and do not use subcontractors. For this reason, we can always guarantee a high level of professionalism in our services and the availability of our specialists.
