We offer a third way: technological independence. Thanks to our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we produce components that are no longer available from the manufacturer or whose lead times would paralyze plant operations.
Prototyping of electronics and components for robots and industrial robot controllers
Our R&D department designs and builds custom electronic solutions, as well as recreates modules that are no longer available from manufacturers of robots and specialized equipment:
- We reproduce unavailable PCBs and electronics used in inverters, computers, power supplies, operator panels, and other modules with dedicated electronics
- We upgrade computers, control panels, and other complex components of robotic systems; we replace outdated components on motherboards and memory modules, extending the equipment’s lifespan by years of trouble-free operation
- We design PCBs and perform SMT/THT assembly: from schematic design, through trace layout, to the assembly of prototype series of printed circuit boards
- We design in 3D and manufacture new replacements for damaged housing components, sockets, and mounts
- We restore and refurbish wiring harnesses, replace wires, plugs, and pins, and create specialized wiring harnesses for industrial robots and control cabinets
- We mass-produce selected cables and consumable parts, and supply batteries, signal cables, consumables, and other wear-and-tear parts so you don’t have to overpay the manufacturer for OEM parts or hard-to-find components
