About Us

Pan Robot:

Pan Robot was founded in 2017 in Poznań as Pan Robot Robotics for Industry. From the very beginning, our goal has been to provide high-quality services and professional technical support in the field of robotics. Thanks to our extensive experience and commitment to meeting our clients’ needs, year after year, more and more companies in the manufacturing industry have placed their trust in us and entrusted us with the care of their machine parks.

The Pan Robot holding consists of four companies:

• Pan Robot Sp. z o.o. – a company specializing in the servicing of industrial robots and industrial electronics, serving clients in the industrial sector
• Pan Robot R&D Sp. z o.o. – a company specializing in the design and construction of prototype devices, machines, and robots, as well as electronics design, serving clients in the technology and industrial sectors, as well as startups and companies launching new products
• Pan Robot Holding Sp. z o.o. – a company engaged in the sale of robots, accessories, and industrial workstations, as well as the sale and rental of service robots, and robotics-related event services
• Pan Robot Electronics Sp. z o.o. – a company specializing in the repair and servicing of industrial electronics, motors for industrial robots, robot parts, and specialized electronics

Company History:

In 2019, we reorganized into a company named Pan Robot Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością.

In December 2020, we established a partnership with Hyundai Robotics and became the official distributor of Hyundai industrial robots in Poland.

In connection with our service activities, we opened a service center for industrial automation and electric motors. For many years, we have successfully repaired expensive electronic components, control panels, and, above all, electric motors with measurement systems used in industrial robots. We also manufacture electronic systems that are no longer available for sale.

In 2022, we became an official distributor of service robots.

In 2022, we added Hyulim robots and Fuji Robotics palletizing systems to our product range.

Since 2022–23, we have successfully carried out projects involving the construction of prototype robots for non-industrial applications, as well as projects for the construction and retrofitting of industrial robotic workstations. We also manufacture custom electronics—we collaborate with both startups developing new products and with manufacturing companies and those in the machine-building industry.

Since 2023, we have been operating within a holding structure, where each company specializes in specific activities. This has allowed us to develop the competencies of our team members and expand the scope of specialization for each company.

We build robotic workstations in industrial plants, agricultural machinery utilizing robots, prototype robots, as well as fully custom and specialized electronic devices. 

Thanks to the development of our engineers’ skills and our continuous adaptation to market demands, we significantly expanded our industrial electronics service operations in 2024.

Our specialists and electronics engineers are capable of repairing most commonly used electronic and electrical devices, including motors with measurement systems, electronics found in industrial robots, electric motors, control panels for robots and PLCs, inverters for industrial robots, and inverters for industrial equipment.

In 2025, we launched the online store https://panrobot.store/, which features a constantly expanding selection of service and industrial robots and equipment for industrial robots, including robot grippers and tools, igus cable carriers, Troax safety systems, robot stands, and other equipment. We have even added ready-made workstations with industrial robots to our lineup, manufactured in Poland by our partner integrators.

The Pan Robot Team:

Currently, our team consists of 20 people, including outstanding engineers and enthusiasts of robotics and electronics—possessing advanced technical skills in programming, mechanical and electrical repairs, design, maintenance, and implementation. 

When carrying out projects and R&D work, we also collaborate with outstanding specialists from all over Poland, who are always experts in their respective fields.

Where we are:

Our service technicians serve companies located throughout Poland as well as abroad. We serve companies located across Europe, in countries such as Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, and Italy.

In terms of design services, we operate globally, primarily in Europe, but also in the Middle East (e.g., the UAE).

Our headquarters are located in Poznań, which is a major technological and industrial hub in western Poland. Thanks to this, we have excellent logistics connections with the rest of the country, as well as with our closest neighbors, such as Germany and the Czech Republic.

We provide services primarily related to the maintenance of industrial robots, robot programming, repair and production of spare parts, robotics training, as well as the design and implementation of robots, electronics, and robotic workstations.
