We provide our customers with detailed information about the technical condition of their equipment and recommend corrective actions. We service robots from various manufacturers, including ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa, and Hyundai Robotics. This means you can rely on a single service provider for all your machines. Robots are serviced to the same high standard, regardless of the manufacturer. What sets us apart is that, in addition to new parts, we offer you the option of repairs, remanufactured parts, or we can manufacture replacements ourselves. We provide rapid technical support services. Under our service contracts, we offer a 24- or 12-hour response time and operate a hotline.
Unitree Robot Service
We provide advanced maintenance services for Unitree Robotics’ quadruped and humanoid robots, including the Go2, B2, and the latest G1 models. Our team consists of specialized engineers and programmers. Laboratory diagnostics, component-level electronics repair, and direct access to original replacement parts are the cornerstones of our business. We troubleshoot malfunctions, recalibrate robots, and perform periodic inspections. We’ll help you at every stage—from platform selection, through software implementation and configuration of autonomy algorithms, to comprehensive and safe maintenance services. Our main technology laboratory is located near Poznań, but thanks to the support of our branch in Ruda Śląska, we provide operational support for implementations throughout Poland. Industrial Robot Maintenance
We provide maintenance services for ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa Motoman, and Hyundai industrial robots. Our team consists of experienced professionals, and we understand how important it is to maintain continuous operational efficiency and keep your machines in top condition. Quick response times and attention to detail are the cornerstones of our maintenance services. We troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul robots. We perform periodic inspections and provide services based on service contracts. We will assist you at every stage—from design, through implementation, modernization, and operation of industrial robots, all the way to service support—both in-warranty and post-warranty. Our headquarters are located in Poznań, but we also have a service branch in Ruda Śląska. Our service technicians are always close to the machines entrusted to us by our customers.

Service and customer service robots
Service robots are ideal for settings where they interact with people and can engage with them—in showrooms, retail outlets, trade shows, and when serving customers in hotels and restaurants. We have dedicated solutions for every scenario. We offer specialized models, such as the waiter robot—Mr. DeliveryBot, the marketing robot—Mr. Reklamobot, the guest greeting and service robot, and the receptionist robot—Mr. MiniBot. Our robots are already working in restaurants and customer service points throughout Poland. We also rent service robots for events—such as trade shows, corporate and private parties, special events, and weddings. We offer long-term robot rentals for periods of 12 or 24 months, with the option to purchase the robot outright after the rental period.
Industrial and Specialized Electronics Service
We repair industrial electronics: computers, motors, inverters, and electronic components for robots. We manufacture and refurbish spare parts no longer available from manufacturers, including wiring harnesses, electronic circuits, and enclosures. We design PCBs and also manufacture new spare parts for ABB, Kuka, and Hyundai robots, as well as consumables, batteries, cables, and harnesses for manipulators and controllers. We also repair operator panels for robots and industrial automation, HMI panels, and inverters used in industrial machinery. For specialized and industrial machinery, purchasing expensive spare parts often incurs enormous costs, exceeding the value of the machine being repaired. Even if original spare parts are no longer available, we usually have the ability to repair or manufacture new replacements.

We service ABB, Kuka, and Yaskawa-Motoman robots, and we are also an official authorized service center for Hyundai Robotics industrial robots and Fuji Robotics palletizing robots. We offer competitive prices. We have developed our own service standard based on best practices found in industrial equipment service centers.
We successfully perform complex repairs of industrial electronics—including control boards, power supplies, and control panels for robots. We also repair electric motors used in industrial machines and robots.
ABB robots require regular periodic inspections and service checks. Timely oil changes in planetary gearboxes and wrist joints are particularly important. Neglecting oil changes can result in the gradual wear of mechanical gearbox components and damage to motor seals. In small ABB robots, special attention should be paid to drive belts. Wear or improper belt tension can lead to sudden failures, loss of calibration, and collisions. We are able to detect most mechanical failures caused by wear before they even occur.
Kuka robots are particularly susceptible to accelerated oil wear. This is especially true for large palletizing and six-axis robots. Worn-out and burnt oil can damage the gearbox, but before that happens—gear oil leaks usually occur fairly quickly. For these reasons, it is essential to strictly adhere to oil changes at specified service intervals to avoid risking damage to very expensive parts over the long term. Regular lubricant changes in bearings are equally important. Sudden failures of balancing systems or bearings can cause robots to stop working, and consequently, bring entire production lines to a halt.
Yaskawa - Motoman Robot Service
The large number of bearings on some robots also requires regular maintenance. It is advisable to perform regular grease changes to prevent grease leaks from the gearboxes and damage to mechanical components.
Hyundai Robot Service
As an authorized distributor of Korean Hyundai robots, we also provide service for them. The gearboxes installed in Hyundai robots require grease changes at specific intervals. Depending on the number of operating hours and the robot’s workload during operation, a grease change may be necessary sooner. It is also important to check the calibration backup battery.

A used robot is a device sold in the condition in which it was taken out of service—without a full technical inspection or replacement of worn parts. A refurbished robot, on the other hand, has undergone a comprehensive inspection and reconditioning: worn mechanical and electronic components have been replaced, lubricants and oils have been replenished, calibration has been checked, and final tests have been conducted. Such a robot is delivered to the customer in a verified, fully functional condition. We determine the warranty terms for refurbished robots on a case-by-case basis—please contact us for details regarding a specific unit.
